Overview
A raging Warp Storm which never moves or dissipates. It’s impossible to see through due to the Prismatic lights which distort the air around it.
It’s also impossible to pass through as it vaporizes anything in its vicinity.
A small town called Rilio used to be at the heart of the storm, presumably it has been erased completely by now.
