Planned Scenes / Encounters

  1. The Hook:
    1. Start of the campaign, hook is the players are indentured in some way to Kredlam Command.
  2. The Storm Border
    1. Massive intro sequence where I lay the groundwork for the vibe of the campaign
    2. Journey into the storm where on the other side the train breaks down as the tracks have been resized. The players face a field of trains that have fallen off the tracks of jettisoned. Post Storm border
    3. The players face local Order Enforcers, probs hide?
    4. The players get their bearings and decide where to go
    5. If they decide to continue onto Laric Farms they find Inka- a member of Yelvinโ€™s expedition a couple months ago, she is barely hanging on to her sanity.
  3. The Climax:
    1. Combat at Laric Farms

Summary

  • Expedition 56 entered the REZ successfully despite the train derailing upon entry.
  • Minor casualties incurred, Garrett Vizk was knocked unconscious.
  • The party debated whether to kill him straight away or to let him live. They decided to let him live.
  • Venturing out from the crash, the party discover sets of trains, carriages and train parts neatly arranged
  • They witnessed a strange creature dismantling their train
  • Anton was reassembled and used their strange portal of sorts
  • After waking Garrett Vizk up, the party journeyed south to Laric Farms where they found a bunch of smashed up crystal formations with parts of people within.
  • In the farmhouse they came across Inka Tolovski, a nervous member of Expedition 55. She and the diaries found in the wonky room explain that the room is somehow protected.
